What do you expect him to do with a pitch three inches inside?

That's not a pitch that any hitter can do anything with

That was a bad call, but he swung at some garbage earlier and missed. The Twins struck out 6 times in a row at one point today. 

Again: it was a bad call. But that call isn't the reason the Twins are down 3-2. Let's be reasonable here.

That pitch wasn't 4-6 inches inside. 

Lol. Half a baseball, won't even be graded a miss. 

He also took a 2-0 middle middle change and swing through ball 3 on 2-1.

Hardly a great AB.
