    Extremely interesting article from PhilliesNation. From the US Anti-Doping Agency, "...Testing positive due to meat contamination is exceedingly rare. Since 2019, USADA has conducted more than 60,000 tests on almost 11,000 athletes, and there have been two cases where positive tests were attributed to consumption of meat in the U.S. food supply, specifically from liver and oxtail." https://www.usada.org/spirit-of-sport/anabolic-agents-meat-contamination/

    As a fan, I favor a floor and ceiling. Both the players and owners are over-pricing the game out of my pocket (ticket/concesssion/parking). I keep saying that and attendance goes up (1.1% the year). Floor and ceiling won't fly. I think a 162 game schedule is overdone. It is the only aspect for which I feel sympathy for the players. Season is too long. Realize that is an unpopular fan sentiment. Won't fly. Revenue ↓. Limit pitching staff to 12 (11 in season 2029). Forces team to have starters go longer, less speed on FBs, less arms hanging from clubhouse ceiling, less pitching changes. Won't fly. Increase the luxury tax and revenue sharing, increasing the floor. Will fly as part of a compromise with a late start/abbrev 2027 season, I will find a seat at CHS. Minor league CBA good thru Dec 2027. Structure of the players' executive committee will be nominated in November and voted on at the Winter Meetings, Scottsdale, AZ in early December.

    He was the best during post-season on radio before MLB grabbed all the broadcast rights. His son does radio, bouncing one of my faves - Ben Wagner, who ended up doing Orioles radio.

    I respect our difference of opinion. I listen to a multitude of radio booths with MLB radio. Tons of good ones out there and I enjoy the differences. One of my favorites on color is Rick Monday w/Dodgers. I couldn't get my head around him being 83 and working every Dodger game, home and away.

    Ads are overwhelming. I counted 5 at one time on my screen. 5! Frankly, that is overkill and they tend to drive me away.

    Mac's in StP has slipped; inconsistent. I quit going there. I like the RedCow in StP; there is one in the North Loop but I haven't eaten at that one.
