Good to see Buxton in the lineup today.

Also good to see Correa back in the lineup today.

Even with the recent injuries, I'm pleasantly surprised at how the lineup looks. Speaks to the work that the FO did to limit spot starts by guys like Garlick, Contreras, LaMarre, etc. in big games with unfavorable matchups. Nothing against those guys, but I like what we've got now. Taylor, Julien, and even Solano offer much more potential. Hopefully over the next few weeks, guys like Farmer, Polanco, and Kirilloff will heal up and make their way back to Minneapolis.

Until then, it's hard to overstate how much I would enjoy seeing a blowout win in the Bronx.

So much for easing Julien into lead off. Nothing like the first AB of the game in Yankee stadium. This is where Correa in his ear on the on deck circle is very valuable. 

Speaking of, the whole lineup flows so much better with Correa and Buck in it. All the things we’ve been worrying about kinda fade away.

I'd rather give the opportunity to Wallner who I think to have higher potential with the bat than Gordon.  Rocco must have him and Cole Sands in the same Doghouse of No Confidence.
