**It would have been sweet to get a sweep.  But we really smacked the Rangers around in the space of only 2 weeks- that's not easy to do against a quality hitting club. 

Now, let's go into Cleveland and BURY those guys.  This time, I won't be satisfied with anything less than total annihilation.  💪😆**

But there have been spectacular/unusual instances where the game has embarrassed itself some…and an unprepared Headrick cost a bullpen arm. So…very good result, but not at all pretty. Both are possible…like a very well played games that results in a loss.

Manfred could change the rule. Maybe no team is allowed to use a position player as a pitcher during September or in the playoffs. Consider that each team has an extra pitcher in September.

I do not like the usage but it does make sense if your team is battling to win every game and find yourself down early like Cleveland did tonight. Fans hate it but the batters hate it worse when they make an out. Ugly baseball.

Eh, we made up for by pitching Castro. The biggest embarrassment to the game, though, was the Guardians having a position player pitch in the 6th. At that point, save everyone’s arms and just call it a night and forfiet
