  1. Uh-oh, here we go! Twinkie BP doing Twinkie BP things. ⚾😅
  2. 😂 I like that Nishida fella- he's like a little terrier out there, and seems to really enjoy playing ball!
  3. 😂😅🤣 Marky Mark puts the "Fun" in Funderburk! ⚾
  4. Omg, here we go. Another crab outta the bucket, and see what happens... 🙀
  5. Welp, I'm glad we're not the only ones sweating every BP effort. Pirates radio was lamenting that every time the call goes to the pen, "you've gotta hang on to the edge of your seat." 🤣 Then young Dotel comes in and blows them away... 🤪
  6. It's anybody's game out there. It's like Sheltie just grabs another crab outta the bucket and throws him out there to boil or swim. Any guy can shine one day and implode the next.
  7. Kendry needs to drill the mascot once in a while to make that wildness work for him. 😂
  8. In my humble yet honest opinion, I have less of a problem with his home plate business than with his 1B business. That was a dirty business. Clemens is stretched in a vulnerable position, concentrating solely on digging out the throw coming in, and that could easily have been a serious groin, hamstring, or knee or ankle injury waiting to happen. You're right, that was truly a BS play. Watching him play soccer on that subsequent grounder was poetic justice.
  9. I'm glad I'm living in HK right now, with universal health care, so I can keep up with my BP medication. (I guess BP has 2 meanings now!) Holy crap, it turned out OK in the end, but yet another self-inflicted 💩show. I guess major league teams NEED A CLOSER after all. Ay, caramba! And speaking of 💩shows... I always like to check the oppo feed when a close or controversial play happens. My golly, the red sux announcing team are approaching Hawkster territory. No mention, and no replay of his bush-league slide into 1st, which could have been seriously injurious to Clemens. And his unecessary barreling into Caratini? Well, that was 'good aggressive baseball. Who knows? If he'd slid, he might have hit him harder!' Or so they say. Those guys suck. It was sweet to once again catch up with their postgame whining-- and super sweet that the 3 hosts all took turns shaking their heads at the "worst home record in baseball." Haw haw-- one guy repeated it twice, as if to reinforce the validity. Then hung his head. 😅😂🤣
  10. Woof! Omg, their defense! Just caught up with the replay, and w-t-f, there's no way there should have been a 4-spot on the board. Austin Martin, love the guy and the breakout season he's having so far, but he must NEVER be allowed in CF again, like ever. Monster notwithstanding, he absolutely butchered those 2 plays in the 1st. And Brooksie, come on, man. You finally get to play the position you're meant for, and Arf... Fortunately, the bad D proved to be contagious, and the Sox started playing Twinkie-ball, so it was great to get a win in the end, but whew! That D gotta tighten up! On the O side, it was terrific seeing guys tough out some at bats- but holy moley, get well soon, Ryan Jeffers, Mr. Jackson looked absolutely clueless and helpless with a bat in his hands. *Sidebar: having the Boston feed on, and hearing them approximate the best of Hawk Harrelson's homer-ism... The first inning was all about the Sox playing smart baseball, the Twinkie response was all about crying over lucky bounces! 😂
  11. Omg, gale I stuck around long enough to grab my shopping bags- they're blaming the loss on having a short 3B. 😂😅😆🤣😂
  12. Awww, this sux. I have to go out to the market, and can't stick around to watch the Sox crew whine about what a gut punch loss that was! 😂😆🤣
  13. And even better, TC Bear won the great mascot race right after! ⚾ 🐻 🍻
  14. And what is up with those red Sox uniforms? They look the same as my technicolor yawn after my first college kegger... 🤮
  15. Omg, just tuned in for the Anthony Banda Experience. 🙀 Started pretty much as expected. Strike 3 passed ball was the free space on my Bingo card.
  16. For God's sake, will somebody in this moribund front office pick up a phone, call Michael Kopech, offer him the closer role, and sign a damn check? He'll be a Yankee in a week or two if we don't. This closer-by-committee of the lame, the halt, and the criminally incompetent is an insult to baseball
  17. For 2 years now, I've been p*ssing and moaning about making Brooks 3B and moving Royce to 1st. It makes so much simple dang sense. Cripe, he should have been given the mitt over the winter back in 24. Now, I'd be totally fine with Sabato or Fedko given a shot, but a REAL shot, not the usual Twinkie shot, where they get one at bat every 3-4 days, and if it's not a HR every time, well, then, they're just not ready! Get Sabato up here, give him 2-3 solid weeks of starting and see what happens. Surely couldn't be any worse than our 2 "marquee signings." If he flames out, then it's Fedko's turn. But my God, this same old same old ain't cutting it! At least pretend you're trying something new. This pwnership and management prove daily how much they hate us.
  18. Geez Louise, how do we not score out-man from 3rd there? How does he take that false step off the base just before Chourio goes into that sliding catch? What kind of baseball idiocy prevails here? These guys are suppose to be pros? My over-50 LA league team gets that guy in by baseball common sense alone.
  19. Well, considering he was our actual "Marquee Signing" of the winter. Starting to think they misspelled "Margot Signing." 🤔
