    My first baseball memory is the 65 Series. 1st Grade me thought it would happen every year. 😂 Lucky enough to be living in Mpls for 87, and nearby enough in Chicago in 91 to go to several games. I keep the faith I'll see another one! ⚾

    Ground up old tires. Recycling. We play rugby on that shite in HK. It's good to have a natural sort of slide in the tackle, but end of the day your boots and socks and underwear are filled with those tiny black bits. 😂

    I just took a peek at stat cast - caratini is 66th and jeffers 69th in CS %. League average is 21%, they are at 12 and 10. ☹️ **Edit: hey, wait a second. If you add their %s, it's above average! 😃

    I grew up listening to Herb and Halsey and even Merle, I'm so old. I remember hearing an anecdote, maybe Red Barber, who used to have a 3 minute egg timer in the booth, and every time he'd turn it over, he'd give the score and inning. 🥚👍
