I’d rather him in the 9th, but if the other option is Emilio pagan for the 8th, then I want him for that too.

Literally how many more times does pagan have to fail in the 8/9 innings until he stops getting those innings.

Duffey was essentially blackballed (and deservedly so) after his failure to do his job. Pagan keeps getting the same situations no matter how many times he fails

I agree. Not everyone can finish out games and obviously EP has proven that he can’t more often than is acceptable. Guys who can get those last 3-6 outs are not overrated

I can't stand Pagan throwing any sort of leverage inning but can they really carry 2 guys like that?

That I totally agree with. Jax may be a late inning guy, but they need more for sure. Hopefully Alcala is back soon and he can be one as well. But they need to make a trade.

Had them down to add to their losing streak and couldn't complete the deal.    How many one-run games are we going to lose to Cleveland by blowing a lead?
