It really is all about throwing that first pitch for a strike. Robles, Rogers and Duffey all have good enough stuff to throw a first pitch strike. Only Rogers seems to have the confidence to actually do it.

Baldelli has guts or is awfully stupid.  Taking out a reliever who faced 4 and struck four.  I mean, it's not all stats.  Rodgers had  'it' today.  Baldelli's lucky, Duffey didn't fluff this one up.

Really does feel like this wasn’t the Twins year. That Opening Day loss set the tone, and there have been problems ever since it. Injuries, hitters slumping, pretty much every bullpen arm regressing tenfold, a good defense on paper struggled with basic plays.
