I can't wait to start our 3 game winning streak on Monday!!!

 

This is basically the only path we can take in order to keep our sanity at this time. I suppose it's the healthiest way to process what we're seeing also!

After chewing on this a bit, there are still a lot of good teams left in the playoffs and I expect a lot of good games. Looking forward to seeing some of the other series this season has to offer.

Pitching staff has to be completely rebuilt. Some good arms in the bullpen, but, the FO will have to get aggressive signing starting pitchers.

 

I have no faith of this happening unfortunately.

Took a break for dinner. Food was good, but did not enjoy my dinner, because I left the TV on.

This game and this series couldn't have been worse if it had been scripted. Twins pitching has been pathetic. The hitters are swinging at junk and for anyone who still thinks that past history is not a factor, I don't know what to say. Yanks know what the score is and so do the Twins. Total domination. This third inning has taken about 10 hours to play, and its still not over. Yanks are in the Twins head and Twins don't have one single pitcher who can get them out.

 

and we all saw it coming. Every hitter looks like a batting champ. so it doesn;t matter who the Twins play now. The goodbye game is Monday.

The only good thing about this for me is that I'm going to win some money. I don't bet with my heart.  I'd gladly lose some money for win, but that doesn't look realistic at this point.

I wish I could even get excited about next year, but it's going to be all the same guys out there. There won't be a "oh this is a different team". 

 

Keep the field the same, I like their lineup a lot. I've never been a big home run fan, and if MLB addresses the live ball issue, a lot of those home runs will turn into fly outs next year, but these guys hit hard and hit for average as well.
