Man alive, is he ever off his game today.

This is the Archer experience most days. The bullpen has just burned down to the point that the Twins can't hide Archer's short starts.

And I thought Falvey and Levine were going to lead us to the promised land.  Who assembled this staff?

When Mgmt promises him starter innings to earn a reachable bonus, you get crap starts like this vs being a bullpen arm.  They have to man up and send him packing or put him in pen or crap add him to a trade as parting gift.  He doesn't deserve a rotation spot at all

Seriously? "Most days"?

Look at the game logs. This tied his shortest start of the season and was certainly one of the few worst outings he's had as a Twin.

Most every starter has some days where they just can't find it. We just saw Sonny gray have a similar meltdown against Chicago.

To act like today's lousy outing was representative of Archer's season is totally disingenuous.

Getting 18 outs from a shaky bullpen is not a recipe for success. The Archer steam is fading quickly.

I think it's already gone. At some point (hopefully soon) this FO needs to be more concerned about what Archer in the rotation is doing to this staff, than whether or not he's happy moving to the pen.

He has had high pitch counts early all year because he can't throw strikes. He is cooked, watch with your eyes. Done.

Oh boy, good thing someone just woke Rocco up in the dugout.

Wait, I thought he was always woke...?

Woke?  What a pile of crap
