  1. If you're Detroit, why not bunt to score one run in the 11th? With our inept offense....
  2. Why bunt him over to third to set up the sac fly, and then bunt?
  3. Alright, here we go again. Any guesses on how we fu*k up this inning?
  4. Is Jeffer's arm broke. I can't remember the last time he actually put a throw on the bag
  5. Clemens definitely should have stepped on first base before throwing to second.
  6. Rays putting on a clinic on how to hit and be efficient.
  7. Heading to the Saints game tomorrow. Maybe it will get rained out, so my son and I can spend some badly needed money in St. Paul bars.
  8. Brash showing Duran how to close a fu*king game.
  9. Six innings of that BS in the heat is enough! At The Loon now cooling off. Get new owners in here ASAP. Then clean house. Any chance we can deal Correa to a contender at trade deadline?
  10. C'mon, really? A minor league stadium caused Correa to slip and hurt his back? Plain, and simple, he's injury prone. Stop making excuses.
  11. When I think of Sano, I also think of Buxton. Those two were touted as two legit young superstars that would lead the Twins for years to come. I'm bummed that never happened.
  12. Flipped on the TV in the 5th inning today (I've basically been boycotting the Twins til they fire Rocco). I thought I would at least watch them with a lead and hopefully see a win. Now I know why I've been abstaining. Absolutely a lifeless **** show. I should have ran errands like I intended to.
  13. With France struggling, why not have him bunt? Way better than ANOTHER strikeout
  14. 4 games in, and I feel like I"m watching the same team that fell apart the last two months of 2024. Rocco's gotta go. We need a shakeup.
  15. I've got Spectrum here in Rochester and use Xumo streaming box. I can't even access channels 428 or 468. They aren't listed as viable channels. What's up with that? Is it because I'm now using the Xumo streaming box vs. hard wire cable box?
  16. Channel 468 is not on my Spectrum guide. Hoping it's there come first pitch this afternoon.
  17. So sad that our three best players (Buxton, Lewis, Correa) are injured A LOT. Fingers crossed that this year will be different.
  18. What a pussy prima Donna. The fact he made a bee line directly to the locker room, means that Byron is now self diagnosing his injuries? Most players would at least stay in the dugout, tell the trainer, have them take a look at it, and have them determine if he can stay in the game. Nope, not Byron. He simply said "I'm outta here!" (tired of him being injured on non-contact, or minimal contact plays)
  19. What were the multicolored random circles of grass throughout the outfield? Some were darker and some lighter. Were they patched areas for torn turf or other damage? When did they change the "Family-Friendly" value concession stands to a more grab and go service? When I was at an April game, I chose what I wanted to buy and entered it on the kiosk and paid with my credit card. I then got a ticket number and waited for the staff to hand me my food and beverage. Today, I noticed the food and drinks were in bulk bins so I walked through and grabbed what I wanted FIRST and then paid for it on the kiosk. I'm assuming they went to this style as it doesn't require as much staff to run, right? The one drawback I see to this is that a person could simply grab food and walk out without paying. It didn't appear as if the staff was paying close attention to the kiosks to monitor if people were paying, or if they were paying for exactly what they grabbed.
  20. Might just as well be David S Pumpkins - the results couldn't be any worse!
  21. I live in Rochester and have Spectrum cable (I know, I know, I pay too much to watch TV! My kids tell me that all the time) So I'll be watching the Twins again this season on Bally Sports provided with my Spectrum cable account.
  22. Ronald Acuna Jr. is the Braves "Five Tool" player and looking the part. I remember fondly the days that Buxton was being billed as OUR Five Tool player that would lead this team for years. Sadly Buck has become just a "Tool". Sad indeed.
