Concur.  I'm just following on Gameday but Festa showed masterful command with three consecutive two-strike pitches on the black that each would have rung up the batter (either by umpire call or ABS challenge).  Roden did well to foul each of them off.  Fantastic at bat for both players, and it was Festa who finally blinked and gave him a hittable pitch.

Agree. The kid gave the veteran a good battle. He had a couple of really nice takes on some nasty pitches.

The hit probably would not bother him as much as giving up a walk.🙃

Roden   outplayed  Outman by alot in spring training,   but because of the options bullcrap  roden had one so he goes down ,  Gets hurt misses alot of time ,    Deserves to be here as much or more than any of the young guys in st paul,   and he is only 26 , Nice job   we need  him and Kendry to work out ,  Lost alot in Louie !!!
