    Prielep pitched well tonight, deserved the win. He has been alright as a starter. Every time I watch him even live, his stuff, mentality, the pitch selection they have him use screams closer to me. Hell I don't know exactly why I think that. In a jam seems like Prieliep is a guy who can pitch you out of a mess or get a needed strike out. Prielip fastball and movement on his curve, makes me think he has OG legit end of game stopper potential. Enough of the magic stuff to be electric and a finisher to end games. What do I know though, ail I am is ust a fan. Just what I think when I watch Conner pitch. Maybe he will develop 8n to a great starting pitcher too. I like he is a lefty, reminds me of Aroldis Chapman some.

    That wrist must have been bothering him for a,bit if time. Tried to play through it the pain and less mobility to help the team so I will give Trevor Larnaxh credit fir that. Only made sense when they were in playoff contention.

    Annoyed Shelton pinch hit Larnach for Maetin in 9th inning tonight.. Larnach has been pure ass hitting wise at the plate lately. Larnach platyng out the string because he know he is gone next year, non-tender candidate. Should have let Martin try and get on. Down 3 runs.

    Twins have drawn well since June. Just not a good enough team. They knew going into tge season the bullpen was weak, and infield defense wasn't good enough. Lee should have never bern the shortstop tovstart the year, and Gray was smoke and mirrors, Lee he is decent defender but doesn't have range to be the SS. Keaschall doesn't have a good throwning arm, Lyke has Ben Revere like arm.

    You cannot be the Minnesota Twins of the past three years and not have a complete collapse in different phases of the game. Early on it was shoddy infield and outfield defense and a poorly constructed bullpen. Lately it has been a complete lack of clutch hitting and and moribund offense. Just awful pitch selection and way too much chasing out of strikezone. Probably a good thing they are not making playoffs, they would get swept. Only thing we have going is decent starting putching. Team lacks a middle of the order bat and speed is lacking. Not enough difference making talent on the mlb roster.

    We do need new owners. Just about everyone is tired of staleness of Pohlad ownership. Joe Pohlad took over in 2023, ran his mouth about town rightsizing the payroll, and things have been totally downhill sense. Three consecutive seasons of a pooped out franchise that faded in August. NEED new owners to invigorate some life into this franchise, change the culture of mediocrity and the Used furniture store attitude that had become Pohlad ownership. Still think Pohlads thought they were selling the franchise, pulled a Red McCombs and traded off our entire bullpen on purpose. There was no good rational reason to give up both Johan Duran( Gave him awa,y didn't get any major league ready talent or return) and Louis Varland with that much control left, got nothing for him. Pohlads were trying to stick it to Twins fans blowing up roster last deadline. I'm convinced they thought they were selling team last year. This iteration of Pohlads have not been good stewards of the Twins.

    He's not ready to be a big leaguer yet offensively. Defense he has it and throws good. His bat isn't ready. He is 21 years old.

    The drive to win 16 straight games starts tonight. 1 game at a time win tonight to start the streak. One becomes 2 2 becomes 3, and three becomes 4 and go from there. Is it probable no, can it be done yes. Win each day and each at bat, and the streak begins. Twins have been left for dead already. Which means we can sneak up on teams. Start the streak tonight. You never know when a team get's hot to end the year what can happen. Nobody expects them to do anything. Everyone else thinks they have things wrapped up. 2% chance is still a chance.

    First thing they need to do is get rid of Dodgers sweetheart local media rights exemptions where they get billions in revenue and do not share. Need National media rights deals that is distributed and shared by all the franchises.

    Is Austin Martin ready to back yet, could use his glove and bat in left field.

    Latroy Hawkins not a bad coach. Start year with Orze, Acton, Lawyerson, Topa, not one of these guys was any good, all these dudes that should never been on Big league roster. Zoll should take that blame not Hawkuns or Shelton. I see improvement 8n Funderburk and Morris, you don't see young guys turning corner without decent coaching.

    Leave Keaschall in the outfield. You cannot keep moving the guy around the field and expect him to be a starter if your always changing his position. I like him in the leadoff spot. I think he fits best in outfield.

    Yes, Royce is back to not keeping his hands in, and trying to pull every dang pitch. If he would just hit gap to gap and use the whole field, the power would come. He has plenty of power, just out of whack on approach again. Back into full chase mode instead of being more selective at what he swings at.

    Just no damn clutch hitters in middle of order all year. Rotten at bat there by Jeffers swinging at 1st pitch. Absolutely rotten.
