- 3 games will be on Apple TV+ (5/5, 5/12, 6/2)
- 1 game will be on Peacock. (7/2)

All telecasts will feature longtime play-by-play announcer Dick Bremer, who is celebrating his 40th season in the Twins broadcast booth in 2023, alongside a rotation of four analysts, all Twins alumni: Twins Hall of Famer Justin Morneau, 1987 World Series champion Roy Smalley, former pitcher LaTroy Hawkins and three-time All-Star closer Glen Perkins. Each telecast will feature insight from reporters Audra Martin, Katie Storm and Perkins. Hosted by Anthony LaPanta and Storm, and featuring analysis from 1987 World Series champion Tim Laudner and Perkins, “Twins Live” will continue to deliver pre and postgame coverage with interviews, extended analysis, unique features and more.

Thanks Seth.  I have been waiting for this so I can get it to my dad who lives in Assisted living in Northern MN.

We won't be happy about the Apple+ or Peacock games as he won't be able to watch them, 🤨

Just read this on the Pioneer Press site. I was waiting to hear some news on the tv schedule. I'll be able to watch all except the Apple+ games. I'll worry about next season and beyond later on.

My tv broadcast crew review:

Smalley was better last season than I expected, but he's not one of my favorites. Whenever he drops into a "in my day..." bit it's usually a good time to use the facilities. LaTroy is great when he's focused on the game and especially talking about pitching. he's pretty awful when he's trying to do the comedy act. Morneau has improved steadily; he's still a little under-inflected but his insights and analysis are usually pretty strong. Perkins I like quite a bit, and he's very comfortable talking analytics and how players use it to be more effective.

Audra Martin is fine and Katie Storm is good in pretty thankless roles. Anthony LaPanta is...fine? Laudner is pretty dull to me.

I'm very fond of Bremer, though I recognize he's not always the best. The more his partners are on their game, the better he is. When they're bored, or trying to turn the game into a yuk-fest, I feel like he either turns off or tries to do too much and it doesn't work. But I've appreciated how he tries to do more with advanced stats now, and he still has a great voice for baseball.

Marked my calendar for the Apple TV+ games and the ones on FOX. These are the only games I have access to watch.

At $6/month for Apple TV+ I get two Twins games in May - that's worth it by itself.

Last year, Apple TV made you create an account (name and email), but you didn't have to subscribe to anything to watch the MLB games. Hopefully that is still the same. No idea about Peacock.

Thx Seth. I posted network dates to my calendar. As a cord cutter, I listen to about 100 games w/Provus/Gladden.

I tune into the opponent's flagship via MLB audio when Gladden is scouting/vacating and Atterberry takes the mike. I think he is superb with game updates but over-talks while calling or color commentary.

Glad to see the entire schedule will be on TV. Next year might be totally different.

As far as the staff for the games, I concur with most of what was said here. The TV guys are OK, but too much of any of the color guys is too much. Splitting it four ways is a pretty good idea.

I don't listen to too much on radio, but enough to know Provus is really good and Gladden should be looking for other work.

I agree. He rambles on about too many useless stats. "So-and-so is 4 for 9 in day games against teams with a bird mascot." Hopefully he'll learn with time. He seems like a good guy and is definitely good with game updates.

I listen on MLB Audio. I usually do the first three innings and last three innings on the Twins broadcast and the middle three on the opponent's, just to mix things up. Any correlation between those innings and who's doing Twins play-by-play may or may not be coincidental.

Likewise. I particularly like to listen to West Coast ball -- Ken Korach with the A's (boy that man has the pipes for it), Charley Steiner/Rick Monday with the Dodgers, Tom Hamilton w/Guardians (shades of Mel Alenn), and Darrin Jackson w/WSox (Kasper is good but I still lament Farmer's passing).

I like Kris A as a change of pace. I don't know how well he would wear 150 games per year.

Dan Gladden is great when he talks about players and tells stories. He's a failure at play-by-play. He is utterly incapable of taking the action on the field and creating an accurate picture in the mind of his listeners. And he also butchers pronunciation of Hispanic names.

Spot on on both. It would take some interest on Gladden's part, but one hour with Elvis Martinez and he would have name pronunciation down pat. Come on, Danny, 30% of MLB players are Hispanic.

Now, what will Gladden do with two Lopezes on the roster...

Well last week he called both of them Jose Lopez during the same game so he's in midseason form.

I actually like to listen to Gladden, reminds me of Harry Caray in that he's XX amount of Budweiser's (Glueck's??) by the end of the game. Extra innings are even better.... ;)

I grew up listening to Ralph Kiner in NY, so Gladden is like a walk in the park for me.

$6 per month with no contract. Sign up in May, cancel in May, it costs $6 (and you can binge Ted Lasso) seems like a win to me.

Half of his stories are cringey too. Yuck, hate Gladden’s color analysis and play by play. Thank God for Provus because audio is my routine while doing chores/work

First of all, I like Dan Gladden on radio.  I agree he's not perfect and can be a little annoying but I like his inside stories and he isn't afraid to criticize the team when they need it.  Atterberry has a good voice, and does his homework well.  He is however very hard to listen to.  He rambles on and on about topics that many times have little or nothing to do with the game at hand.  He seldom takes a breath and is difficult to follow as you try to visualize the game.  I am always disappointed when I hear he is going to be on doing play by play.  Provus is awesome.  Love listening to him.  I'm not too excited about Bally's Twins tv package.  I'm like thousands of other Twins fans unable to watch them due to not having cable and going through 3 streaming options only to have each of them drop valley sports.  It seems like no one really cares about many of us twins fans that don't have an option to watch the Twins.

Interesting that Diamond Sports is indicating they will keep the Twins telecast schedule this year (dropping Reds, Guardians, D-Backs and Rangers).  Since I get Bally, I think I'm relieved.  I don't trust Manfred's vague promise of having all games available to watch in home markets.  Would that mean just not being blacked out?  Would it mean needing to pay for MLB TV?  It may be a good thing for the future, but I was not looking forward to scrambling to figure out how to watch games this year.

Make sure to watch Coda also, great movie.

Nothing against the TV guys but baseball is made for radio, no matter who is calling it.  I can usually sync the bat crack to the TV and get the best of both worlds.  I've been doing it since the first time I believe TBS/TNT got playoff games 15 years ago.  Their TV guys were so horrible and I realized I could get Vin Scully on XM radio.  Heaven.

Glad to hear everything will be on TV though, hope the blackout rules don't mess with too many people.
