    The Twins have 2 of their most significant trade chips in recent history, Ryan and Jeffers. I don't believe there is any chance the Twins will offer them anywhere near the contracts other teams will. But, who is going to negotiate the trade of these high value assets? Tom "I know next to nothing about baseball" Pohlad or Jeremy "cash considerations" Zoll?

    I feel like we have a roster constructed by the marketing department. Lots of familiar names. Some good 5 years ago, some 1st round picks who should be better than they are. A coaching staff reinforced with former Twins. It seems like it is designed to give fans the illusion of competency.

    Absolutely this! Spend and make the team better, or blow it all up and let the kids (actual young players) play. But, please don't trot out the same team for a third year in a row and expect different results!!!
