I think SWR pitched well this season and was a pleasant surprise for a team that fell apart down the stretch. But, he's gassed and not sure how much more he has in the tank. Expecting big things from in 2025 however.

I have an odd feeling , once the Twins Postseason chance is kaput, they will win games by a large margin.

His stuff is that good, it's all the rest of the things that go into pitching that he struggles with. I'm sure he will have his way with the Twins though.

Twins should be officially done before fridays series with Baltimore begins. And if Miami actually sweeps the Twins, they shouldn't even show up for the O's series. The ballpark will be empty.

Finishing the season with 8 straight losses seems like the most likely outcome for this group.

I'm interested to see if Correa's comments about 'executing' has any impact on Lewis, Julien and Lee.  It seems pretty obvious they were who he was talking about.

Actually Lewis probably had some the best AB's on the team last night other than Correa.  So I am not sure why he would be called out.  Julien and Lee aren't even playing, so it would be interesting to know who he was referring to.  And of course Rocco piled on because his coaching staff can do no wrong and it has to be the players.  This is why Rocco is not a good manager for a younger team, he wants them to self police themselves and choose their pre game preparation.  Younger players need some direction.  And yes the players do have to take responsibility as well but at some point the coaching staff has to evaluate their approach if you aren't getting the desired results, that is management 101.
