  1. And they are planning for that to be our catching duo next year, this board may go off the rails.
  2. Way to erase your own mistake of walking the lead off hitter.
  3. I really wish they would worry about 2026, they started to with the trades are they not going to follow up.
  4. Hey Jackson did his job as a pinch runner what else do you want from your third catcher.
  5. I didn't bash him, you can be critical of a move, it doesn't mean you are bashing someone.
  6. I think they knew there was something potentially wrong with Joe, that is why they got Kremer.
  7. He did well the first game, Hopefully we get the pre 26 version, I just didn't think that Matthews deserved to be sent down.
  8. And right now they are performing. Starting pitching has not been our problem.
  9. It will be Morris and Gomez to finish it off. Nice to have some depth though.
  10. But who you do have to pinch hit for Roden if needed or Gray. This is the problem playing two players short, you weaken your bench.
  11. Yeah trade a 26 year old hitting his stride for more prospects, that is a winning formula. How about we develop players and show some patience.
  12. Don't let facts get in the way of a good narrative. Clemens is the favorite on this board, he does no wrong.
  13. The Twins need to stop trying to change everyone's swing, it started with Buxton and has continued with Lee, Lewis and Martin. It's one thing to tweak and work on the swing but they have tried to change their swings. And they all did better when they went back to what got them here.
  14. Last 48 games 271 ave with an OPS of .834 and 9 HR's before tonight. Buxton and Jeffers are the only two with a better OPS in that stretch. And he has a walk off hit and 3 late inning hits or walks that helped lead to wins. But again tell us how he is doing nothing.
  15. I still can't over when he was called for defensive obstruction and was just kind of wandering around during the play.
  16. Unfortunately he is not the only one struggling right now.
  17. Yes he only has been one of our hottest hitters the last two months, but you are right he hasn't done anything.
  18. We don't need him until 2028 at the earliest.
  19. Three runs in six innings is not a bad outing, the offense has to do their part.
  20. I think you can say that for most pitchers in the league.
