Sano has looked bad at the plate in April before, but his swing & miss on fastballs seems slower and more lumberjack-y than other times he's struggled.

It’s been a while since we’ve had a true influx of new prospects on the position side. Kepler, Sano, Buxton, and Polanco have been mainstays since 2016. This core won’t get us to where we want to go.

I’ve stayed out of the fire Falvey discussions. But if this team is out of the picture after the first month of the year yet again, I think it’s fair to start questioning whether him and Levine are the ones to lead us out of the darkness.
