Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Hahaha talking about jinxes, my Dad posted a silly video on facebook of Donald Duck getting the hook off stage when Severano got pulled... boys give up 3 runs next inning.I posted "WHAT A START!" Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Great post I saw a few weeks again on Vikings website. Two comparative circles: 1] People who have nice things...and...2] Vikings fans. LolI tweeted that after the Bradford injury and got a ton of likes!
wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 I purposely left off #5. The whole 5th amendment thing ;-)This game is driving me to plead the 21st amendment. spinowner, glunn, Blake and 3 others 6
FlauerPauer Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Yeah... I kinda agree but you'd have to say that Yankees went out and got pitching. Yet they can't keep the Twins off the board. The bats are alive tonight. Hang on to your butts everyone. Yet they seem to be able to miss bats. Get outs when they need them. Realistically the Twins should have 6-7 runs right now. That first inning at bat by Buxton was huge. Only getting one with bases loaded and 1 out? Huge.
DocBauer Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Calling out for a repeat of the 1st! Are you listening guys?
yarnivek1972 Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Looking at the twins pen and seeing no movement. Can't believe someone wouldnt be up every inning from here on outThey can warm up pretty fast. You don’t want to waste their bullets in the pen. FlauerPauer 1
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 They can warm up pretty fast. You don’t want to waste their bullets in the pen.True, but still. Would rather see stretching than sitting
Dave The Dastardly Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Or just a football fan in general. 10 minutes of actual game play... boooorrrrriiiiinnnngggggYou mean they actually play? I thought the purpose was to watch the commercials. PDX Twin, FlauerPauer, Vanimal46 and 1 other 4
DocBauer Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Told myself I wouldn't drink tonight while sipping 3rd beer. Anyone got some glue? Lol Vanimal46, Craig Arko, twinssouth and 1 other 4
FlauerPauer Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 You mean they actually play? I thought the purpose was to watch the commercials. Do replays count as commercials?
wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Meh. I've already accepted that I'll find out what happened when I wake up tomorrow. That's me as well. Though, at this pace we could wake up and see the end of the game live. Blake 1

Runners get stranded at third on occasion and sometimes the balls fly out of the park on 0-2 counts. And Joe Mauer hits into double plays every once awhile. glunn, adorduan and jimmer 3

BoofBonser Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 We'll be lucky to score two more runs in this gameHolding them to 5 is huge

Monkeypaws Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 (edited) Whaddaya know, another dramatic game 163 with the Twins. Left they were leading 3-0, come back losing 5-4. I fear that game ending BP in NY. Well, play the damn game and see what happens. Just saw the Buxton catch - hsmf Edited October 4, 2017 by Monkeypaws

Blake Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 I'm not sure which realization is more disturbing... that I'm old enough to remember when yellow blazers were cool, or that his face cost more than my house.I know his face cost more than our house.
jimmer Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 (edited) Look, win or lose, we are watching the Twins in a playoff game for the 1st time THIS decade. I'm pumped up. Edited October 4, 2017 by jimmer DocBauer, big dog, LaBombo and 2 others 5
