  1. His fastball is straight but has a ton of velo... I believe he hit 98 multiple times I also liked that he attacked hitters every at-bat; The Twins may have something here
  2. They've done it all year minus the Blue Jays home series
  3. Am I the only one who thinks the Tigers need a rebrand? Their colors and jerseys are blah
  4. Sanchez absolutely tubing some fastballs right now...
  5. Tarps are coming off! Let's play ball!
  6. This one of the only games this year that the Twins have tacked on runs consistently throughout the game. Not that the method of having big innings hasn't worked, but it's nice to see them spreading out these runs.
  7. I love Jonathan Schoop. That is all.
  8. Not to be a pessimist here, but pop-outs are almost more frustrating than strikeouts Guys are trying too hard to hit bombs right now
  9. I'm not too worried about this game as the Yankees used their best starter and all of their best relievers while the Twins suffered through a very sloppy offensive and defensive game only to lose by 3 using Morin and Romero out of the pen. Look for a bounce-back tomorrow from a resilient team. Go Twins!
  10. Early one as well! Not much time to dwell on this one.
  11. "Adrianza on-deck" is a depressing quote
  12. Do you have a sister? May throw in a trade-in allowance
  13. If Kep gets on, my girlfriend will be notified.
  14. Okay, I'll make sure to repost after the game is over!
  15. If the Twins can get 3 runs off Chapman, I'll sell my car, house, and girlfriend It ain't happening
  16. Gibson nibbling all night, fielding terrible, batters not attacking fastballs and getting weak contact, and no real fire tonight. Definitely a game to forget about and have a bounce-back tomorrow. The only moral victory tonight is that the Twins only used Morin and the Yankees will have used 4 of their best relievers
  17. Garver isn't seeing the ball well at all as well as guessing wrong I've got a feeling we're going to see a few more of these regressive stretches like we've seen from him and Eddie so far from other guys
  18. I don't think 14 year olds would mess that play up once in 10 tries... embarrassing
  19. Twins are either going to exercise some demons or exorcise some demons tonight What's it going to be?
  20. What's even more impressive about the Twins record is that 15 out of their 29 games have came against teams with winning records... compare that to the Rays who have only played 4, Yankees who have only played 5, Indians who have only played 10, and Seattle who is 0-10 against winning teams... the other top 4 teams in the AL excluding Houston. *Additionally, the Astros have played 21 teams with winning records, and the Twins went 4-3 against them while facing Verlander twice. This Twins team is for real. *Edit
  21. Fernando Romero comes to mind when I think of pitching help... If he can have better command the rest of the season, he'd be a key part of the bullpen/rotation Brusdar Graterol also comes to mind... He's only 20, but he's dominated AA so far: Could we see a second half call-up if an injury happens?
  22. That's a pretty solid record when you think about the teams they've played: Cleveland, Houston, NYM, and Philly.. also are 4-0 against Detroit and KC
