Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2017 Author Posted October 4, 2017 This would be the perfect time for Joe Mauer to pull the ball to RF. Perfect time Joe... Right Here... Right Now. glunn 1
wavedog Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Well this game continues to move right along. Thank goodness it's only a one game series.
Darius Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 This is one of the biggest ABs of Mauer's career. glunn 1
Blake Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Nothing more inspiring than fans behind home plate who are worth more than the combined GDP's of every nation in South America wearily rise to their feet yet again to cheer for a team that cost more than an entire aircraft carrier battle group.and a bit creepy, too. Did you catch the guy rubbing the kids head for luck or whatever? No, just no. LaBombo and glunn 2

Danchat Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Mauer going 0 for 4... pretty brutal. Also, why is Hildenberger pitching? Methinks this is too early for him. glunn 1

LaBombo Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 and a bit creepy, too. Did you catch the guy rubbing the kids head for luck or whatever? No, just no. I started disliking them long ago, but that very gesture you speak of was the one that caused me to vent about Yankee fans tonight. Now they rub me the wrong way both figuratively and literally. gil4, snepp and Blake 3
jimmer Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 (edited) I'm glad someone else caught it because I couldn't believe what I was seeing.Reminds me of a time I walked into a locker room on base. There was a guy completely nekkid and he was blow drying the hair on his behind. People were walking by and talking to this guy as if this wasn't one of the strangest things they had ever seen. I decided I DIDN'T need to work out that badly, and about-faced myself out of there. Edited October 4, 2017 by jimmer snepp, Blake and glunn 3
Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Hillenberger throwing 95.... LOL.
