Interesting and sad. No offense to him, but he's missed half their games so far so you'd hope he wasn't leading in counting numbers like HR and RBI. BA is a little different, but you'd hope that some of our more BA driven hitters would be beating him. SSS caveat, though.

Are matchups against today's pitcher over their career? Or just how each batter has done this season against everyone?

 

The OP is just an image so i can't click on it for an explanation, and units are kinda important when comparing numbers, as are the details of how sampling is done for statistics.

KCB are the initials one gets to put after one's name if one has been Knighted by a British Monarch. And Boston prides itself on foiling the British. But i suppose with the advent of PitchCom, It isn't so important how many lanterns are in the old North Church. On the other hand, the Hancock tower lights are still useful if you don't follow the weatherishappening site.

So, we've completed 10.5% of the regular season.  Has anyone seen where Baldelli has made any positive influence on this year's team?  I see the same mistakes and trends.  His only positive is his consistency in mediocrity).  How long does this continue before he makes some changes?  No way will the FO remove him for quite some time (most probably not even at the end of this year, unless a miracle happens)
