His season has been uneven, but he has been better and more solid than some think. Two months to round in to playoff form.

I'd have no problem at all with him starting game 3 of a playoff series. The game 2 starter has been switching back and forth between Odorizzi and Big Mike... Perez looked like that guy for a hot second but not anymore.
