Fifty years ago this summer, I went to my first Major League Baseball game — TIgers at Kansas City.

Out of all the turf stadiums, it’s always been the most attractive. But each time I see it on the screen, it gets nicer and nicer. Is there a park in MLB that has aged as beautifully as Kauffman? 

I’m sure they are longing for new bells and whistles, but I think it’s a bummer that they are talking about building a new park.

Sportsmed says mild quad strains take 2 weeks to heal and more severe strains take two months.

At this point we should just DH Lewis and never have him run. Hit Home Runs or just jog when you are on the base paths. If that means you are never getting any infield singles so be it

i understand the hustle, but if he didn't try and play at 1000% all the time i reckon some injuries could be avoided, especially running around the bases in the first game of the season

I have always thought they do NOT have a good conditioning program.  Seems like they do not warm-up correctly before a game.
