Mill1634 Verified Member Posted April 9, 2022 Posted April 9, 2022 Paddack better win the Cy Young award
jimbo92107 Verified Member Posted April 9, 2022 Posted April 9, 2022 Tyler Duffy's game is simple: If his fastball is below 94 mph, get him the hell out of there. If it's 94 or better, keep him in there. Thus....Get him the hell out of there!
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2022 Posted April 9, 2022 Yeah... it may be a 'captain obvious' post, but this is why you don't trade your closer who is a top 10 reliever in the whole league when you don't have the horses to replace him. Duffey took a big step back last year and probably isn't going to be his 2019-20 self anymore. This is what you get when you trade away the linchpin of the bullpen.

stocker08 Verified Member Posted April 9, 2022 Posted April 9, 2022 Was that Correa who made a piss poor tag attempt on Frazier?

KirbyHawk75 Verified Member Posted April 9, 2022 Posted April 9, 2022 Who the Hell is going to be our closer? Also you trade your number 1 pick and sign Correa an d then you trade your closer?
cHawk Community Moderator Posted April 9, 2022 Posted April 9, 2022 Holy **** that was ugly for Duffey
howeda7 Verified Member Posted April 9, 2022 Posted April 9, 2022 Duffy is way too much of an emotional spaz to be the closer. Rocco should know better.

howeda7 Verified Member Posted April 9, 2022 Posted April 9, 2022 Falvey too smart for his own good again. Can't wait til he's gone.
LiamC Verified Member Posted April 9, 2022 Posted April 9, 2022 But gotta say this is giving me flashbacks to the disappointing losses opening last season...

Mill1634 Verified Member Posted April 9, 2022 Posted April 9, 2022 Duran HAS to be the closer from this point forward. Can't mess around blowing leads in the 9th inning whether it's April or July. And don't tell me a closer doesn't have value. They single handily pitched the Twins out of contention in April last year.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2022 Posted April 9, 2022 i'll be a happy boy when miguel sano is terrible for some other team
Irishman Verified Member Posted April 9, 2022 Posted April 9, 2022 Baldelli left Duffey too long. Should have taken him out right there.
Mill1634 Verified Member Posted April 9, 2022 Posted April 9, 2022 No way Kepler doesn't ground into the shift here.
