Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Letting Stashak go multiple innings instead of Berrios in the 6th. This is what we deserve.
FlauerPauer Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 ESPN is kind giving the Twins a 33% chance to win the game.
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 at least we still have 3 catchers on the bench for Depth,
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 How do you get swept by a team under .500 in your own house.
insagt1 Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Thank you bullpen.....lets get this over with. There is no hope for these guys. Whatever they do is wrong. You tie it up and they answer right back.
MNT1996 Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 I'd be fine with Rocco getting fired too. Just get rid of the whole coaching staff besides the first base coach. I like Tommy Watkins
notoriousgod71 Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Berrios would be at about 92 pitches right now.
JAWS33 Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 While I don’t disagree with leaving Stashak in today, it’s hard to understand pulling Trevor May yesterday after 11 pitches, but leaving Stashak in today.
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 The pitching has allowed 3 ER in 16 IP. They’re not the problem, not even close.
TouchEmAllGuy Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Come on boys! Don't lay down just yet!
SF Twins Fan Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Where? in St Paul? I'm watching on my phone. I heard his was warming up, so I thought they pulled Stashak.
flpmagikat Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 When the ump was pointing at the box and telling him to get back in there, he's most likely also telling Rosie to watch himself. I'd have run him too after the outburst on strike 3. I'd respect it if they called games better than little league umps. But they don't, because they are awful at their jobs. Call the game accurately or gtfo, this whole season has been a joke.

USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 in play, run(s) please
AlwaysinModeration Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Well, we needed the Twins to put up a run or two in one of these innings, so I suggest they not wait.

We'll give you home-field advantage - with the best home record in baseball - and your first round opponent will be a sub-.500 team." Twins: "No deal." Baseball Gods: "What if we make it so you haven't lost back-to-back home games all season?" Twins: "Nope." Baseball: "What if we make it so their best pitcher has to have Tommy John surgery before the playoffs?" Twins: "Nah."

The far and away strength of this team is our lineup. They look lost up there and haven't done ANYTHING. This series falls on our offense going cold when the games actually matter more.

Call the game accurately or gtfo, this whole season has been a joke. I'll agree with you on that. The new crop of umpires are horrendously overmatched and I believe that the umpiring roster is over 50% bad. When that happens, you're going to have umpires like Laz Diaz, DJ Reyburn, and this clown behind the plate today getting big-game assignments when they shouldn't simply because there's no one else to choose.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 When do we see Pressly?
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 You guys wanted Stashak to go out another inning! Even if Berrios goes the 6th, Stashak still faces Correa in the 7th.
TwinsCD Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 This^ people bashing the pitching and Roccos decisions regarding pitching need to wake up. I'm wide awake and I know you don't pull your EFFECTIVE starter so damn early.

Foghorn Leghorn Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Polanco did something positive Just taking a second to acknowledge that
insagt1 Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 well I said before the game started....lets see what this team is made of. They have 3 more innings to show us. Weak hitting Polanco walks to open the inning. For heaven's sake Twins....MAKE THEM PAY FOR A CHANGE. Does Marwin try and advance the runner?
