Part of me wants this team to lose out just to put us all out of our misery. Coming out flat against the Rockies? THE ROCKIES? C'mon.

Whose place does Zebby take? I presume it is Adams, but haven’t seen anything official.

I  also expect that Adams is sent back to the Saints.  It will be interesting to see what happens when Ober comes back

Dodgers Ohtani and Yamamuto will pitch against the Twins on Monday/Tuesday. The Twins need to take the next two from the Rockies.

Interesting to note that Rocco hasn't been posting the probable pitchers too far in advance due to things being in flux. I would not be surprised to see Festa and SWR on Monday/Tuesday and Ober return on Wednesday. I would have really liked to have seen Ryan and Ohtani in the same game on Monday, but Joe is scheduled for Sunday.

Ober didn’t look that great last night at Saint Paul and only threw 50 pitches. He needs at least one more start at AAA.

They could lose their next 25 straight and nothing would change.  Baldelli still there for #26.  No dead wood cleared.  No MiLB player given a MLB chance.

I don't believe Ohtani is stretched out enough for a complete game yet, but I definitely get your point.  Let's hope it doesn't come to anywhere close to that.

I like the lineup today; I feel it's the best combo of hitting and defense we have available at this time. Lee is much better on the left side of the infield; Clemens provides more pop than France. Better eke one out today or maybe just blow one open. It's allowed

Lewis needs to be in the lineup either with the Twins or in St. Paul.  He needs to play thru his struggles and if he is not healthy enough then put him on the IL. Sitting him after only one game after the break is not in his or the team's best interest.

It's always the twins that seem to break the bad records , pitchers give up the most inherited runners a few years ago , twins set the record for most strike out by the lineup a couple of years ago  , twins could be the only team to have consecutive winning streak seasons and not make the playoffs  ....
