    Depends. Is that cheating? Is Pablo ready to start, Ryan still here, Zebby showing more consistency, Abel able to go more than two or three innings as he reaches, Festa able to pitch at all? Rojas, bullpen, perpetual Saint, or other? Labor stoppage.. will that impact the timelines of Pablo and Abel? There's never enough starting pitching.. but I wouldn't necessarily put Mr Pohlads limited money, no matter how much more they purport to spend, toward starting pitching. Kremer can surely start and Ober can start in a spot and do long relief. Maybe the question should be, Ober or Adams?

    Eliminating the defensively suspect players like Matt Wallner and Josh Bell at 1B, and relocating the struggling ones like Lee from SS and Keaschall from 2B, says they're willing to work with what they have to some degree. The players coming from St Paul, like Roden and Ross, and Marek Houston, and ultimately Vahn, all are (at least not defensive liabilities) competent or better. So, don't sign a Jazz Chisholm. Do sign a Brandon Lowe.
