Interesting trivia: Sox play by play guy Jason Benetti also does college football and was on the call for the Gophers 2020 New Years Day Outback Bowl victory over Auburn.

I would say Buxton is inconsistent, but he seems consistent.

Consistently having a streak of greatness at the plate, followed by complete extended ineptness. 

Perhaps it is because he is hurt. Sure is somewhat of a mystery.

He stole a base last night and I thought "As long as Buxton is healthy enough to steal a base, it will be a good week."

He also does college basketball. I don’t he’s as good at those, at least in part because there’s less time for banter.
