It would put the 2nd run on 2nd base. The 2nd run in extras is pretty important precisely BECAUSE the other team starts the bottom with a runner on 2nd.

Doubt it. Maybe if this was the 8th inning going into the 9th, but with a runner on 2nd and the disaster in Cleveland with a similar situation, I don't think you mess around with it.
