Not feeling real good about the matchups Pagan has here.

Option 1: Go to Duran, hope he gets the inning, then hope the Twins score, then run Duran out a second inning, hoping he gets through a second inning, shooting him for tomorrow and likely Wednesday.

Option 2: Go to Duran, hope he gets the inning, then hope the Twins score, then still have to go Pagan in a save situation. 

Option 3: Go to Pagan, hoping he gets through the inning. Then have the top of the order against the Sox third-best reliever. Hope they score and then go to Duran. 

I’ll choose Option 3.
