Wait, he's not the first baseman, not the second baseman... is he the right fielder?

I have no problem sending Sano there with 2 out. Make them throw him out.

I agree with that to a point, I think the play should be a little closer than that.

MLB should adopt the 'guest DH'.  Each game a team chooses a non-rostered player to be the DH.  It cold be entertaining.

Like billy Crystal for the Yankees, Biden for the Nationals, etc.

Mike Lindell for the Twins? Lots of HBP?

Concur, but understand the alternative logic. In this case, Correa hasn't exactly been a no-brainer in this situation at the moment. Personally, I think it was very slightly more likely to see a bad throw to the plate than to see a Correa clutch hit.

There's also the slight possibility of a PB, WP, balk, or error, in addition to a hit. But I still send the runner every time with 2 outs, and I think pretty much every MLB 3rd base coach does too.

Today is the 68th anniversary of the least interesting day in history. Google will tell you more. However, the apparent fact that it is the least interesting day in history makes it interesting`.

Sano didnt help it by slowing down,

Plate ump has been inconsistent with strike zone, but he's probably the skinniest plate ump I've seen, even with all the gear on.

No he didn’t, he’s not a good baserunner, probably gassed by the time he got to third , my original post was probably should have held him, I’m good with it

Tony Diaz absolutely can’t be third base coach. He’s done this way too much.

Tony Diaz is not the third base coach this year. It is Tommy Watkins.
