    Julian is still 8th in outs above average at 2B this year. He might be flat but his improvement at second base shows commitment and desire to improve.

    With the recent AMD launch of the 7000 series CPU on the AM4, the older AM3 is cheaper. The upgrade path doesn't exist for the AM3 builds, but they're going to be cheaper since they also use DDR4mmemory. Something like the Ryzen 5 5800x3d with the extra cache, was the best gaming CPU until the recent Ryzen 7 7800x3d. The 5800x3d is probably $300 now, a B550 mother board can be had for around 120 with wifi, or even cheaper without wifi. The DDR4 4000 speed memory for 16 gigs is probably less than $100 and a RX 6650 XT, GPU which will do 1080p gaming is probably around $300. Swapping out a a non X3D Ryzen will probably be 50 bucks cheaper. Or hell a Ryzen 7 5700G with the built in IGPU might do 1080p gaming now. https://pcpartpicker.com/guide/ Can be helpful too. The 12th gen Intel, still uses DDR4 too, which means cheaper mother board and memory as well.

    Pulling Lopez had no effect on Duran giving up the HR. And why does a team have left handed relievers if not to face a guy when the starter threw 30 pitches in the first inning and is at 100 in the 8th inning? Benintendi is a career .258 hitter with a 373 slugging against lefties, using Theilbar there was the totally the correct call.

    He had the one of the worst OPS, average and slugging against in MLB, over a full year. He proclaimed he was healthy and his velocity was fine. From the looks of it, The Twins dumping Berrios, occured at the right time. It most definitely isn't something I'm enjoying as I am a huge Berrios fan. But the fact the Twins aren't paying him is a huge win, no matter what the players they got do.

    Shannon Stewart and his beyond statistical analysis leadership. Or Joe Mays and his super sinker. Honestly, pre-Tommy John surgery Liriano, in his prime Johan were awesome to watch.

    Good teams accumulate fungible assets to use to improve themselves. Unfortunately Mahle was the 2nd best available pitched last year, fortunately the Twins had redundant pieces to give up. Not going to think or worry about Strand or Steer.

    What about the rings Vasquez has won, he’s a two time World Series champ! You can’t buy that experience. Well, I guess you can since the Twins did, but think of the seasoning and experience Vasquez brings.

    I'm a masochist, and ended up choosing 90-94. I think they'll be better than .500 and with a little luck can win those 9 extra games to get to 90.

    Dislike having Pagan pitch, but if Duffey starts the inning and blows it we’d be complaining about that. Thus the issue of a craptastic bullpen bites again.

    So walk the best hitter in Cleveland to load the bases for a guy who might walk in a run? Or just give up the 3R HR?

    I would politely suggest you're more full of rubbish than a land fill full of tires. Francona is the same manager who got run out of Boston for losing his clubhouse. Cleveland's relievers have over half a run better ERA than the Twins. Cleveland just had a better bullpen. And the Twins like most teams pull their starters early due to the fact even a mediocre reliever has a better chance against a lineup the first time than a starter does the 3rd and 4th time through. Almost the entire MLB now does this, but of course it is just Baldelli.

    Wasn’t Winder the 27th Man for the double hitter? He was just returned to AAA them without an official move.

    The saving grace this year compared to last has been the usable talent ready when injuries occurred. This deal strips the depth the Twins have.
