As was previously mentioned, Kyle Gibson, with a 5-0 lead, got exactly one out in the bottom of the first, while giving up 4 hits and 3 walks.  His ERA is 135, and his WHIP is 21.

How many times do I have to say it? In that situation, you walk the bases loaded to put a force on every base because no matter what, you’re going home with the ball if it’s put in play. Cain would’ve been out had they done so.

Dobnak cannot even get anyone out. Garver and Cave are pathetic at the plate. Defense might not be that good after all.

Well-deserved loss - sloppy fielding - so many strikeouts.   Pulled defeat out of the jaws of victory - Good news is we have 161 more.  Bad news is this is looking a lot like our playoff defeats.

To be fair we used our best relievers in the middle of the game because our starter couldn’t even go 5. Sounds a lot like last year

Bullpen is going to be a problem this year.

Especially if our starters can't go 7 innings. Because most likely we will run out 4 relievers tomorrow and at least 4 more the next day. By the end of the year everyone will have plenty of at bats vs these guys.
