Correct. It sucks, but it's the best you can hope for with how crappy umpiring has been this year

How many games has Maeda pitched, given up zero runs, and gotten no decision

In 2020 for the Twins? He has had two games where he went 6 or 7 and gave up 0 runs. Was credited with a win in both cases.

 

I'm not going to research his Dodger years.

I think his season ERA+ of 126, his FIP of 2.85  and WHIP of 1.118 is why he is still in.

Does anyone else think this is one of the least exciting games in post-season history? The energy level for both teams is so low.

Can't believe the crew chief doesn't get G1 duties....baffled.

 

Not that it always means he is the best ump, but you would think there is some sort of correlation
