It did wonders in 09 and 10

2009 the Yankees celebrated at the Dome.

 

2010 the Twins actually had home field advantage, so the game 3 clincher was back in Yankee Stadium.

once the count is 3-2 the batter may as well just head back to the dugout. No one has gotten a hit, I don't think, in the entire series. Every close play...every hard hit ball...has gone the Yankees way. When you're hot, you're hot and right now the Yanks are boiling.
