Amazing finish!!! Sano saves the day!!! Great win.

[mrtwinsfan]

That was Fun

[nicksaviking]

I hope that’s one of those deflating loses that wrecks moral for a week. And since the Atlanta is only here for half of a week, I hope they leave what’s left all over the visiting team’s clubhouse.

[wabene]

Happy for Miguel

[Blake]

Two good teams... Toe to Toe.

It is possible to enjoy a game without hating a single moment.

Lance Diaz.

[David HK]

Guess a win's gonna have to be a walk-off.

No comment necessary.

My God, that was a monster of a shot. I dig the CF's reaction.

[mrtwinsfan]

Incredible we haven’t had a walkoff homer.....yet

Huh ????????????????

[jimbo92107]

That last baseball had two dents in it - one from Sano's bat, and the other from the facing of the second deck. Probably it is no longer round.

[Riverbrian]

Lance Diaz.

I don't hate him.

Don't want him making decisions... But I don't hate him.

[twinsnorth49]

Ahh, well done Miggy.....

[Blake]

I should go look at the Cleveland boards. Might be amusing.

Nah.

[ashbury]

Right up until that last at bat.

I'll take some credit for an anti-jinx, sure.

Agreed. A 10 game lead in 6 days would be pretty alright.

[Crackedfungo]

Sano just keeps making the multitude of doubters look terrible.

You can say that AGAIN.  Just leave this group intact.  Pay for a pitcher, or grow your own, but leave this group of players together for as long as possible.  This is the MOST exciting group I have seen, and I was at both the 87 and 91 series.

Didn't Eddie have one before tonight?  Or was Eddie's just for the lead late?

I think the guy playing CF just ran towards the dugout the second Sano hit the ball.

You were saying?

That's called foreshadowing. It's a common device in better literature.

I liked the ending of the book, BTW. Hopefully the sequel features a World Series win.

Maybe about the same shape as Lance Diaz's strike zone?

Listen to the sound.  You only hear that on TV rarely.  It was utterly crushed.  The BEAST got all of that pitch.

Well, it's no longer a-round, that's for sure!

Better literature, sure, but this is Twins Daily. You read the poetry earlier, right?

Yeah, well, who posted the World Series Walk off win, huh? Didja think of that, didja?

[wabene]

Apparent Miguel was in the cage all night hitting fastballs off the machine preparing for the ninth. Love it!

[IndyTwinsFan]

I wonder what the estimated distance was on that moonshot. Had to be at least in the neighborhood of 450.

Yes, and surprise, surprise, he gave props to Cruz.

Oh god, do we have a penalty box?

Arraez plays like he's been doing this thing for 15 years

Did Eddie have a walk off homer? Have I been wrong this whole time? What a bummer that would be

[Krabby5]

My initial reaction was obvious homerun. But Bremer’s call was very weak, and the outfielder was jogging in from centerfield like it was a lazy fly...almost fooled me
