Since the Doziers will, in all likelihood, be looking for a place to live near Dodger Stadium I ran a search on Zillow and returned the following results.

Curious to see what $800,000 will buy in that neighborhood, I clicked on the link (green dot) for 1016 Figueroa Terrace.

Breathe taking Views of Downtown Los Angeles Skyline. Triplex consists of two separate buildings.1016 Figueroa Terrace is a separate structure 2 bedroom 1 bath. 1020 ,1022 Figueroa Terrace is a Duplex containing a 1 bedroom 1 bath and a single. A driveway and single vehicle carport separate the two structures. This location offers immediate access to the Hollywood 101 and Pasadena 110 Freeways. Dodger Stadium is less than half a mile to the north and Staples center is 2 and a half miles south making this property perfect for basketball and baseball fans. 

 

Looks like the Doziers could live in half of it and rent the other half out if they wanted a little extra income.

Nothing will happen today. Dodgers are most likely focused on resigning either one or both Justin Turner and Kenley Jansen before they make a decision.

Jansen just got married and is not in country as well as many of his 2016 teammates including Turner. Maybe by Wednesday something will happen.
