Looked it up 473 ft homer to center. Longest homerun to center in the dome. Some guy named hrbek and ben oglive have the longest honme runs to right 480 and 481 respextively
-
Doesnt Pedro have one of the longest home runs ever hit in the dome? I seem to recall listening to broadcast when i was kid and hearing him hit one to upper deck near center field...could be misremembering...

I can't really argue with the Correa selection but I really don't think SWR gets the credit he deserves. Without him doing what he did, we are looking at his starts being taken by guys like Varland, Dobnak and Bousley, and instead of bemoaning the falling out of the season, we would be talking about how we barely had a better record than Oakland and how excited we would be the the draft lottery .- 14 replies

I think with our Sands and SWR, this season would have looked very very different and not in a good way.

A little disappointed that pitching coaches, hitting coaches, bench coaches and first and third base coaches werent analyzed altho I can understand it might be hard to do so. I feel like Tommy Watkins was a terrible third base coach. And I guess the front office already let us know how they felt about the hitting coaches so there is that

I don't think Buxton really answered anything, honestly. The injury bug will continue to follow him, and this yr he was still unable to get to 400 plate appearances despite getting into 102 games. We knew for awhile now he could hit for power and that he is worth the contract depending on health. For him it all comes down to health. We need him to get 450 plate appearances a year.

Be thankful you didn't get to watch the teams in the late 90s or from 2011-2015. Those teams were unwatchable- 134 replies
