  1. ESPN showing Ober starting today. No official transactions on who is on the move.
  2. Correa has full no trade clause. He’s going nowhere. See Cot’s contracts.
  3. At worst, 2024 rotation includes López, Ryan, Ober and Paddack. You’ve also got Varland, SWR, and Winder. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Mahle extended, if healthy.
  4. Is Silva son of former Twins pitcher with same name?
  5. View full rumor
  6. Yawn. Too many lefties in OF. Not gonna draw fans. Bad/boring move.
  7. Saw the tweet by Doogie,. Twins web site still shows Johan in transactions. Resigning Jair makes more sense.
  8. Just signed Johan Camargo, switch hitting infielder, not Jair Camargo, catcher.
  9. One more spot available as Stashak has been waived and opted to become a minor league free agent. That’s now 36 spots on the 40 man taken.
  10. According to MLB draft tracker, Daniel signed for $232,800.
  11. Thought I’d add one more former SS to the list that I wouldn’t mind one of these guys to turn into - Joe Nathan.
  12. Josh Winder isn’t in the majors, therefore he hasn’t “graduated”, shouldn’t he be on this list?
  13. Trade Sano, Duffey and Theilbar just to clear space on the 40 man. Don’t have to get much, one or two low level prospects. Scour the wire for relief pitchers.
  14. Twins need catching. My choice would be Susac. He’ll stick at catcher, has a good arm and can hit. A good choice.
  15. Did anyone not see this coming when Rocco brings in Duffey in a one run game vs the Yankees? Close game becomes a blowout with Duffey in there. Get rid of him tonight. I question Rocco as well. Duffey sucks! I’d rather go with a 25 man roster than have Duffey as a temptation for Baldelli.
  16. With Cotton not on the 40 man and pitching pretty well, we need to find a roster spot for him. Cotton is only here because of the unvaccinated guys, so he can be sent down without passing through waivers. Duffey has been awful this year and we need his spot for Cotton. Unless we transfer him to the 60 day IL, he’s just cluttering up the roster. Time to cut ties.
  17. I agree with those above who feel the Twins need help at catcher. While Parada is the popular choice, I think they should go for Daniel Susac. He may not have quite as much power as Parada, but he’s close and may be a bit more polished behind the plate, and he’s just a shade bigger. So for me it’s either one of those catchers or the best pitching prospect on the board.
  18. Wilson Ramos is still out there as a free agent. He’s not the hitter he used to be and he’s right handed, but he’s still good defensively. That’s who I’d go after.
  19. Now that SD has acquired Manaea, they have some excess pitching. We need to contact them. They’re searching for outfield help.
  20. I have to ask a question. Today Joe Ryan was named opening day starter and Gray has not pitched one inning this spring. I think everyone expected Gray to start the opener. Is there any indication that he is injured? That would also affect the opening day roster.
  21. At this point, I would have to give the front office a D+ grade. And they only get the plus for getting Gray. No shortstop, no pitching depth, no reliable backup catcher, and no prospects for improvement. I never thought I’d say this, but bring back Terry Ryan.
  22. With all the money we’ve got available, why not sign Wilson Ramos. He’s the best catching option left and would be more valuable as a veteran catcher than Godoy.
