No, that's the plan the Twins came up with, sending Duffey out against this lineup.

 

It was just a horrible idea and nobody wanted to make a stink with all the other stuff going on.

Personally, if this gets any more ugly, I'd be fine with May not getting into tonight's game, and for sure not going more than an inning.

 

Save him for when it might make a difference.  Let Duensing and Boyer take their lumps if it gets to that.

Don't forget guys, the Draft Gem was our best option to start today.......

 

Can we put this to rest already?  Berrios will get his shot.  Duffey has pitched well enough to get a shot.  It's unfortunate it's on the road against a team like Toronto
