cHawk Community Moderator Posted July 29, 2023 Posted July 29, 2023 Did you know that a sausage once played baseball? He quit because he was the wurst on his team.
OptimisticTwinsFan Verified Member Posted July 29, 2023 Posted July 29, 2023 Gray is trash the third time through the order. He truly collapses no matter his pitch count.
RpR Verified Member Posted July 29, 2023 Posted July 29, 2023 The Twins have 11 k to KC 5, is the strike zone as odd for KC as Minn. or are the twins chasing Will-O'- the - Wisp pitches?

Linus Verified Member Posted July 29, 2023 Posted July 29, 2023 Max doesn’t have the same intensity in the field. I no longer think he is an elite fielder.

Low balls called strikes. Way to many low inside pitches swung at and missed for strike 3
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted July 29, 2023 Posted July 29, 2023 That ball to right was drilled and I doubt any RFer catches it.
ziggy Verified Member Posted July 29, 2023 Posted July 29, 2023 Quote but its all about hitting, defense skill does not matter. I present Pedro Florimon, Nick Punto and Mike Gallego.
PDX Twin Verified Member Posted July 29, 2023 Posted July 29, 2023 Sonny had to figure out a way not to get a win. Couldn't trust the bullpen to blow the lead because of his low pitch count.
LewFordLives Verified Member Posted July 29, 2023 Posted July 29, 2023 Pagan warming up. Another winnable game on the verge of slipping away.
IndyTwinsFan Verified Member Posted July 29, 2023 Posted July 29, 2023 Sonny Gray being Sonny Gray, again. Cruises through five and completely falls apart in the sixth. Double AARGH!

RpR Verified Member Posted July 29, 2023 Posted July 29, 2023 If the gents who have hit the ball continue and the other five join in the Twins can still win.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted July 29, 2023 Posted July 29, 2023 Heh. Polanco might need a relay to get the ball to 1st.
