Wallner couldn't be recalled if the corresponding move is an option or DFA. Wallner could replace someone placed on IL.

Right. I didn't mention Wallner. Larnach is the one being activated, but for whom we don't know yet. I assume Garlick, unless there is someone headed to the IL.

Minnesota Twins optioned OF Trevor Larnach to St. Paul Saints.

Twins have apparently traded for RHP Taylor Floyd of the Brewers.  Is this the corresponding move to sending Larnach down?

No. Floyd completes the Megill trade. He's a minor leaguer, not on the 40-man roster. A pitcher couldn't replace a position player anyway. The corresponding move will see Buxton activated from the IL.

That makes far more sense, for sure.  I didn't find anything about the corresponding move or anything related to Buxton in my quick search.  Thanks.

Celestino has been activated off the 60-day IL as of today. Optioned to St. Paul. To make room on the 40-man roster, Alcalá has been transferred to the 60-day IL.

BTW, I don't think there is a separate "mental health injured list" as there is with concussions. Nor should there be. It's simply the injured list.

Looks like Jorge Lopez is the 4th MLB player to be placed on the mental health list.   Former Twin Trevor May is another one of the four.
