I really wish they would have kept Happ out there. If he lowered his ERA below 5.00 he might have had a bit better trade value. He only would have needed to go 37 more innings.

30 pitches, not as sharp this inning, off day tomorrow, Duffey, Coloumbe, Thielbar are options. Just weird.

Maybe time to make a move???

How can anyone possibly be happy with Rocco anymore? How can anyone think he's the guy to lead this team to a championship? Everyone saw that coming. Off day tomorrow and no one is even warming.

As Chief said this morning on the postgame thread: it's not remotely unusual for the Twins to lose/blow games like this.

For most teams these meltdowns happen once or twice a season. It's like every game with this pitching staff.

No lead is safe, no amount of momentum is sufficient.

I'm glad Rocco raced outof the dugout to at least protest the catch.  I know it would have been a waste of time, but at least would have been nice.  It's possible WEswt couldn't wake Rocco up, fast enough.

It is a lost year. It is possible they wanted to see if the RP could work his way out of a jam or not. Also, small possibility they are thinking of dealing one of the remaining RPs, and he was told to sit them today ......
