Yeah, the good news is the Twins traded Juan, not Brusdar to the Dodgers.

The bad news is, the Twins are converting Brusdar into a catcher now.

***********************************************

That's not a lineup. Someone simply copied TD's prospect rankings and took a photo of it.

(...even still has Graterol!)

***********************************************

I'm pulling for Minnesota.

***********************************************

Russians will broadcast game on Facebook. Is rumor...

***********************************************

Frickin' Baldelli! Rests his regulars WAY too much.

***********************************************

Only checking over lunch, of course.

I see dead people.

Well, not really. I think they're zombie baseball fans waiting for the season to get underway. Then they'll come back to life. Sort of.

Been a while since i was alive...

Wonder what it is like?

Spring training in general is like a fan's snooze button. I can get a few more winks in, right?

I see on MLB that the game is on TIBN and that means WCCO. I asked Alexa to play WCCO and now I am sitting in California's central valley listening to WCCO. lol  :)

For those that access TD at work, a number of companies now block social media sites, so the tweets would not show up.

Plus some of us have lifetime bans from Twitter :(

Cruz got hit yesterday during live bp, and may not play for a while with a hurting wrist.

Nowhere can I find..... WHO HIT CRUZ!

Interesting that it is being kept secret.

Also..... nothing needed to be done about the wrist tendon from last year?

Saul Goodman? I mean .... it's all good, man?

Seems like it was Stashak. As for the tendon, if he can play on it, why bother fixing it?

Kirilloff not listed in the lineup now... replaced in it by Jimmy Kerrigan.

I really want Kirilloff to have a healthy year. His wrist problems last season (and Tommy John recovery in 2017) make me want to see if a healthy Kirilloff can repeat his awesome 2018 season.

I guess Stashak's value just went down, eh?  ;)

Maybe comment like that is why they aren't saying....

I guess no news is good news on the tendon, then. It just seems that it would be mentioned somewhere, even if it is to say the tendon still ins't a problem, and doesn't look to be in the future.

Had to use them now before all the Astro's Players career stats used them all

I'm stuck in LAX trying to get back to Minneapolis. Saw we had some game thread action going on and it made my day! We're almost there folks!

Giddy up!  Let's go Twins!!!

The Tigers prospects won in a 5-4 walkoff victory against Southeastern University, a NAIA school... Twins currently up 16-0.... It seems that the Tigers won’t be good for a while longer.....

Edit: 6 of their starting lineup have played Major League Baseball in the past....

Was one of them Gardy?

Just got back to the hotel from the game. Couple thoughts:

Royce Lewis is not a small man. I kinda pictured him to be a skinny string-bean, but he's a big dude. He looked great, although so did everyone against the very over-matched gophers.

Rooker should be fine, but he really had a scare there on that bean-ball. Rocco was out along with the trainers, and Rooker got up and walked off with seemingly no issues.

Saw Sano, Arraez, Polanco, and Adrianza up on the dugout wall cheering on the Twins during the early innings. They were up on the rail and joking around, having a great time. Nice to see those guys supporting the prospects!

Did not see Donaldson, Cruz, Kepler, Buxton, Garver, or any other Twins of note in the dugout.

It was cold. Freezing, in fact! It's been absolutely perfect all week, but today's been very chilly and it was unfortunate to have the ballgame this evening.

Overall it was an awesome experience. Great to see and hear baseball in such an intimate setting. I was a couple rows behind the Twins dugout and you could clearly hear just about everything, it was awesome.

I have some pix I'll post if my hotel's crappy internet improves, but I'll probably have to wait until tomorrow when I switch condos.

How long are you there for? Today was most definitely cold, but it will warm up tomorrow and Sunday should be a nice day for a game :)

I think I'll be in the area Sunday, but as of now I don't have plans to attend the game! I'll be driving to spend a few days up in Tampa by Monday night....

You going Sunday?
