We needed to add relievers during free agency... like how we added Rodney, Reed, and Duke the previous year. The results weren't great but they weren't bad like the bullpen's current status.

I actually agree with the Twins decision to not give Kimbrel a 3rd year. However, the Twins bullpen choosing this time to spring a leak is... ironic at best.

Good grief can this 'pen look any worse right now? It's been a known weakness since Day 1 but the Twins have either been in denial or just hanging on.

 

I'm guessing this team picks up at least 2 arms at the deadline for the bullpen. Gonna cost a haul of prospects but in a year like this, you absolutely have to do it.
