Buxton's approaches look much, much better.

 

yeah, not any hits yesterday, but 2 walks was encouraging... another today with a hit...  crossing fingers that he's turning a corner...

Berrios, one earned run, 3 walks, 10 strikeouts!! (I'm pretty sure I got that right, but the walk from the tv to my computer is at least 5 steps. Plenty of time to forget)

I'm watching the Texas broadcast. What specifically are you referring to?

Looks like control is still a little iffy. 3 walks in 6 innings (102 pitches) and 62% of his pitches for strikes. The strikeouts are nice, as are the low hits/runs totals. I'm guessing he didn't punch a ticket to the majors today though.
