ScrapTheNickname Provisional Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 I am on the Twins' Game Thread, correct?Seems to be too much positivity and actual game posts, weird....I have something negative to say! I think (seriously) that Rosario is not the answer. He is not the future. He is what he is, and that is not good enough. There!
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 Is this what it's like to play us?
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 Whoa, what did I just miss? They don't even have a single out and we've scored 5 runs?!
70charger Verified Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 Is this where the futility ends for Buxton? God, I hope so.
GP830 Verified Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 This is great! I feel Lord Byron may be awakening.
ScrapTheNickname Provisional Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 You and Chief need to combine your answers ...And if they said Central division ... um, yeah, wondering if they remembered it wasn't 3 divisions ... not just that it was the west.Maybe MLB should go to computerized announcers (no mistakes) - referring to the umpire thread.
Jerr Verified Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 I'm starting to feel sorry for the Rangers tonight. Ignore/nevermind the above.
Mill1634 Verified Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 Twins up a touchdown (and a PAT)
D. Hocking Verified Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 Whoa, what did I just miss? They don't even have a single out and we've scored 5 runs?! That is what is called Twins baseball.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 Even Buxton gets a hit!
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 Buxton drove in a run!!!So... we are still leading? Cool. I think i once drove in a truck.
70charger Verified Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 If it makes Bigmouth Billy Bass feel better, JT Chargois' debut in the bigs involved one out and five runs. And we still think he may be a shut down reliever. As for me, I'll take the runs.
Jerr Verified Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 I was afraid I'd find the limit on , now I'm worrying about running out of "likes" lol lol
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 "Two people." LOL, Bert. Yeah, apparently he hasn't taken a look around ol' TF lately..
Taildragger8791 Verified Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 I hope Santana is keeping the arm loose. Heck of a long time to be sitting in the dugout.
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 Is this what it's like to play us?I LOLed.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 I was afraid I'd find the limit on , now I'm worrying about running out of "likes" lol lolIf you do run out of likes, go back and unlike posts a couple pages back. The posters will never know.
snepp Verified Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 I was afraid I'd find the limit on , now I'm worrying about running out of "likes" lol lol There's still the bullpen to look forward to.
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 This is great! I feel Lord Byron may be awakening. Good, it's about time he wrote a sequel to Don Juan.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 I LOLed.My high school football teammates and I would always say that on the rare occasion we'd pummel an opponent (we were otherwise awful)
ScrapTheNickname Provisional Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 I hit two homeruns in one inning in 1977 when I was playing for the Crookston community college team. The WIND was blowing OUT about 50 MILES an hour. Boy, did the boys laugh at me (I had no power AT ALL). But it's a fun story. So I was better than Sano, okay.
Mill1634 Verified Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 Sano wanted to go out and field again
Jerr Verified Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 Sano got a little greedy there or showed a little empathy for the Rangers.
bighat Verified Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 LOL @ Sano trying to leg that out. Heck, at this point just let the man do what he wants!
kydoty Verified Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 Lol,it doesn't matter how big the lead is. Outs on the base paths never cease to irk the hell out of me.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 Live look at big Erv on the bench
Taildragger8791 Verified Member Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 Apparently Sano forgot he's not actually superman trying to stretch that double while weighing in at 265 lbs.
