The hit and runs were a bummer

But Talk about athleticism from Arcia... It's really hard to kick a baseball to your CF like that.

That was an amazingly hilarious play by arcia.

Release jepsen tomorrow and call up anyone. That girl that pitched for the St. Paul saints would do fine.

Jepsen is beginning to remind me of Spud from Trainspotting....

This might be the most underrated and most under appreciated post in Twins Daily history.

But I LOVE it.

Why is Paul leaving him in? Why has he not been fired yet? Why is private Pyle holding that weapon?

The noose is tight, the bottom drops, River Brian is hanging in space, he cracks one last joke. The locals gawk in awe.

Thinking of something to say about Arcia bicycle kicking the ball and the ballgame 50 feet in the air like Pele.

Hang on a sec.

You guys should all REALLY turn on this hockey game. We all know how this Twins game ends.

Paul is in over his head. He has no flipping clue as to how to manage a team. What a joke this team is.

Just checking in making sure everyone is behaving themselves and no one's destroyed the house.

Put those pitchforks back in the shed when you're through with them, I don't want them left out, it's supposed to rain tonight.

Good luck on that! My buddy owns a Boston bar here in NYC, back when the Bruins won the cup they were able to "book" The Cup and some of the players to show up for a night at the bar, what is insane is they send along two security folks from the NHL at all times to escort said Stanley cup to to make sure no crazy hi-jinx occur, and they "retire" the cup rather early in the night (I think it was 10pm, but I can't recall exactly)  I really, really wanted to drink some sort of alcohol out of the cup, but sadly the rules prevent that, along with non players holding the cup over their head and a whole list of other rules.

I need to dig up those pics though, it was still fun to be in the presence of, and get a couple pics with something so historic.

Yeah... It's been to town a few times. I got some connections... I could lick it if the mood strikes me.

Is this the 6th or 7th game that Jepsen has blown? I can't remember.

He'll probably keep the closer's job even though he's literally shown no ability to get a clean inning. With May as the closer, I think the Twins win at least 2 more games.

Hash I could watch that arcia play 100 times and still laugh. Seriously, that's our left fielder. What a train wreck.

I'm sick of Molitor letting Jepsen (and others) work through their troubles.  May is clearly the better late inning reliever.  As soon as the Rickert (sp?) doubled, Molitor needed to pull Jepsen; it was clear Jepsen was having trouble getting anything over.

This team is miserable to watch; they are listless and guided by risk-aversion.  I think the coaching is more to blame than the roster construction.   Cuddyer for manager? Hunter for benchcoach?

Pics or it didn't/doesn't happen.

This isn't a "blown" game though, and to be fair to Jepsen, he never should have been or should be counted on to be a teams closer/shut down type guy. In reality he is a solid 7th inning type, or very awesome 6th inning type. (Not a knock on him by any means, just the reality)

He shouldn't be a "simulated game" inning guy.
