Please don't do this.
The Pohlads only care about turning a profit.
There is no incentive for them to field a competitive team if we keeping giving them our money.

Good point, but as old man Carl showed, if people stop showing up somewhat to watch a crappy product, he will just try to sell the franchise to the lowest bidder! At least showing up to the ballpark helps keep the Twins in Minnesota (in a small way)

I prefer the Red Wings logo myself, but to each their own.

 

IMO the Whalers have the best logo of all time, ever. Along with the best goal song, all time, ever.

 

The Whalers had a cool logo for sure. Still prefer the Blues but Whalers would have challenged it. 

 

Come to think of it... Oshie is one of my favorite players so I wouldn't mind a Caps Cup. 

 

Oshie might bring the cup back to Grand Forks and then I can lick the cup or something for a story later on.

I'm gonna half heartedly cheer for the Blues. Best Logo in Sports and I tried to become a Blues Fan when the North Stars left.

Did you know that a serving size is two cookies. 

 

So... I may overdue it a bit when I down a sleeve. 

 

Dividing them into any portion size smaller than two giant 6 oz. fudge stripe hoagies is just creating a false sense of hope for self-restraint.

Good luck on that! My buddy owns a Boston bar here in NYC, back when the Bruins won the cup they were able to "book" The Cup and some of the players to show up for a night at the bar, what is insane is they send along two security folks from the NHL at all times to escort said Stanley cup to to make sure no crazy hi-jinx occur, and they "retire" the cup rather early in the night (I think it was 10pm, but I can't recall exactly)  I really, really wanted to drink some sort of alcohol out of the cup, but sadly the rules prevent that, along with non players holding the cup over their head and a whole list of other rules.

I need to dig up those pics though, it was still fun to be in the presence of, and get a couple pics with something so historic.
